This report is the result of an inspection performed for the property's seller by a NACHI Certified Inspector and is made available as a Move In Certified report at his or her request to be viewed by prospective agents/buyers, This report is in no way intended to be a certification, guarantee or warranty of the building. The contents of this report are made available to the property's seller so that he or she can better determine whether the property meets Move In Certified standards, and so the agent/buyer may better evaluate the seller's claims. This will minimize buyer objections that normally appear at the last minute 12th hour inspections that leads to re-negotiations, etc. Most buyers and their agents accept this report without a re-inspection and if time lapse is long I will re-inspection at 25% discount.
